まほろば3199建造計画　第９話　「アウトライン」



			私はこの瞬間のために、 1000年まほろばにいました。羽黒妖

これが現在の「まほろば」の状態です。今回は、まず取りつけたバルジの調整から進めていきます。 This is in the state of the present "Mahoroba." This time, it advances from adjustment of the bulge attached first.

流用したパーツは、本当に「寄せ集め」という具合ですから、なかなかアウトラインは上手く繋がってくれません。プラパテ盛りと耐水ペーパーで何度も形状を整えていきます。 Since the diverted part is the condition of a "medley" truly, outline is not connected easily. Form is repeatedly prepared by the plastic putty peak and the waterproof paper.

裏面はかなり細かい凹凸があるようです。一度前面にプラパテを塗ってみます。 It seems that the back has quite fine unevenness. Apply plastic putty to the front at once. front at once.

２日間ほど乾燥させ、耐水ペーパーをかけてみました。やはり、かなり表面は荒れているようです。同じ処理を３回ほど繰り返します。 It was made to dry for about two days, and the waterproof paper was covered. It seems that it is considerably ruined too. The same processing is repeated about 3 times.

やはり、２つのパーツを利用したために、うまくアウトラインが繋がっていないようです。改めて、エポキシパテを盛りつけてみます。 It seems that outline is not too connected well since two parts were used. Anew, dish up an epoxy putty.

とにかく根気良く、何度も調整してみました。ある程度納得できる形状になったところで、2000番の耐水ペーパーをかけて、ひとまず仕上げます。 It was patient anyhow and adjusted repeatedly. In the place which became the form to which it can be convinced to some extent, it finishes for a while, covering the waterproof paper of No. 2000.

まだ、ちゃんとした構想はありませんが、「下部艦橋」のことも考えはじめました。とりあえず、「デスラー艦」のブリッジ部分のパーツを加工し始めています。まだ、かなり時間はかかりそうです。 Although there was no design carried out perfectly yet, it was begun to also consider the thing of a "lower the bridge." For the time being, it is being begun to process the part of the bridge portion of a "Death-Ra warship." It is still likely to take time considerably.

後部の「艦載機発進口」もまだ穴が開いたままでした。スリット入りのプラバンを接着し、「シャッター」のような表現にしてみました。 The hole had still opened the hind "air lock for Career airplanes." The plastic board containing a slit was pasted up and it was made expression like a "shutter."

そして、側面の装甲をプラバンをカットして、接着……これで、「シャッター」はもう見えなくなりました( p_q)。かなり汚れが目立ってきました。一度洗剤で洗います。 And a plastic board is cut and armoring of the side is pasted up.... The "shutter" has already disappeared now (p_q). Dirt has been considerably conspicuous. It washes with detergent at once.

艦体のアウトラインがだいたい仕上がったところで、ここで一度サーフェイサーを吹きつけてみます。装甲のスジボリなども、この後で行う予定です。しかし、だいぶ仕上がってきたので、ちょっとホッとしています。あと半年ぐらいで竣工出来るかもしれません)^o^(。 In the place where the outline of a hull was finished generally, a surfacer is sprayed at once here.
